You'll stop at five bars with history. At each one, a different tapa: pa amb tomàquet, tuna mojama, Basque pintxo 'Gilda', hand-carved Iberian ham, artisan cheeses and Atlantic anchovies. Every bite has a story — your guide will tell it.
Three carefully selected wines from Spain's best denominaciones de origen accompany the route. Your guide explains the ideal pairings to enhance each flavour — no prior wine knowledge needed.
